社群發現OKX交易所的熱錢包已經5小時沒有出金記綠，而交易所用戶亦陸續反映不能提領、甚至帳戶顯示資金歸零，官方在推特發公告稱是伺服器供應商阿里雲出現技術故障，導致交易所部份功能出現問題，截稿前情況還沒有更新，阿里雲官方也發出公告證實「機房設備異常」。
